 William J. Leatherberry
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Bill Leatherberry is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Century Aluminum. Mr. Leatherberry joined Century in January 2005 after serving as senior transactions counsel to VarTec Telecom, Inc., one of the largest privately held telecom companies in the United States at the time. Prior to this he served as an associate in the Dallas, Texas office of the international law firm Jones Day.
Mr. Leatherberry holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Texas and a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.
